When you submit a form on CrackBing, we collect your name, mobile number, email address (optional), city, and the exam you are preparing for. We also collect standard web analytics data such as pages visited and time spent, to improve the platform.

How We Use Your Information

We use the contact details you provide solely to offer you free exam counseling and preparation guidance. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third party for marketing purposes, under any circumstance.

Communications

By submitting your contact details on CrackBing, you agree that our counselors may contact you via phone call or WhatsApp regarding exam preparation and admission guidance. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any WhatsApp message or requesting removal via email.

Data Security

All data is stored in Supabase, a SOC 2 Type II certified platform with enterprise-grade encryption in transit and at rest. Access to student data is restricted to authorized counselors and administrators only.

Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as you remain an active user or as required to provide counseling services. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing us.
